Hornercom, a full-service, award-winning public relations and marketing communications agency announced today that it has expanded its team. Hunter Filippo and Samantha Klisch have joined the firm as account coordinators. In addition, longtime team member Jeff Shurilla has been promoted to senior account supervisor.
Filippo comes to Hornercom from a Philadelphia-based public relations agency, where she interned as a member of the events and marketing team. As an account coordinator, she will assist with clients in entertainment, hospitality and retail. Filippo graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication.
Klisch was previously the public relations and marketing intern for a non-profit organization in Bloomsburg, PA. In the account coordinator position, she will assist with multiple accounts relating to entertainment, energy services and banking. Klisch recently graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications concentrating on Public Relations and a minor in Political Science.
Shurilla joined the Hornercom team in 2015 as an account supervisor and, through his consistent dedication to developing strong relationships and producing strong results, has been promoted to senior account supervisor. His portfolio includes a wide variety of client industries, such as entertainment, energy services and banking.
