PHILADELPHIA—August 25, 2010 — Jack Horner Communications Inc. (JHC), a full-service public relations and marketing communications agency, was selected by Philadelphia’s St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children to create the hospital’s new billboard campaign.
The new “Top Pediatric Docs” billboard campaign created by JHC and installed on I-76 highlights the “top” in St. Christopher’s and features bright colors along with imagery of caring doctors with their young patients.
As part of the hospital’s partnership with the Philadelphia Phillies, a special billboard featuring Phillies left fielder Raul Ibañez will replace the current cardiology-themed design this summer. Ibañez, who has four children, recently spent time with St. Christopher’s patients while taking part in a photo shoot for the hospital.
Additional creative centered around the hospital’s pediatric specialties will be rolled out in late 2010, and print and online ads using the campaign theme also are being created.
“We have been impressed with the creativity and strategy behind the designs from Jack Horner Communications,” said Marisa Sharkey, APR, Director, Marketing and Public Relations for St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. “With its take-notice design and strong messaging, this billboard campaign lets Philadelphians know about the high-quality care that St. Chris offers.”
“JHC is thrilled to work with the team at St. Chris to promote the hospital’s leading pediatric specialties, and we’re looking forward to working on additional billboard creative throughout the coming months,” said Jack Horner, agency president.
